TOP FEATURES |
With an engine and chassis designed to be the fastest on the track, the Ninja ZX-10R offers a high level of circuit riding potential. To ensure it continues in its race-winning ways, Kawasaki engineers made a host of changes that will benefit racers and World Superbike teams alike.
A prime example of form following function, the Ninja ZX-10R’s styling package was designed with aerodynamic performance firmly in mind. The sleek, racy looks offer significantly improved drag resistance, increased downforce (thanks to an aerodynamically sculpted front cowl with integrated winglets), and better wind protection (care of a taller windshield).
Powered by Kawasaki’s proprietary dynamic modelling program and enhanced with input from a Bosch IMU, the Ninja ZX-10R’s cutting-edge electronics contribute to the riding excitement of piloting a high-performance supersport machine.
Features like integrated Riding Modes, Electronic Cruise Control and TFT instrumentation with smartphone connectivity add to street-riding enjoyment.
The Ninja ZX-10RR, a limited-production (500 units worldwide) track-focused single-seat model, enhances the potential of the base model with further engine and chassis modifications, including a higher rev limit, Pankl titanium connecting rods and lightweight pistons, Marchesini forged wheels, and (for race-use only) Kawasaki’s first Variable Air Intake system.
